This 4 week program will give you the tools to lose weight, tone up, and get fit! A certified Personal Trainer will lead you through workouts designed to help you burn fat and get strong. You will find support within the group, energy levels will rise, and a better body is the end result. Here is what POWER LUNCH has to offer you:
 8 Group Training Sessions

  • Goal Setting: Personal Fitness Goals
  • Get cardio, core, strength and functional training  

Sessions: Tuesdays and Thursdays 12:45 PM to 1:45 PM
2 times per week with a Small Group (12 people)
$80/4 weeks

-Sundays (BOOTCAMP) 7:45 AM
$10 per session
