Prepare yourself for an 8 minute shoulder-endurance nightmare in Track 8; it's a full-on punch fest which will see you reach your cardio limit, and then redefine it.
The theme of this release is 'Reignite the Fire' and you sure will have burned an insane amount of calories by the time it's over, with moves that are carefully crafted to shred body fat and deliver hardcore results.

BODYPUMP™ 80 is an INTENSE workout that has some cool innovations that will challenge you. This cutting-edge training approach brings a mix of high-intensity aerobic conditioning and isolated strength work. There are short bursts of high intensity in the Squat, Back and Lunge tracks, which lift the heart rate and challenge the aerobic system - meaning you will get fitter and burn more calories.
There is circuit-style training in the Tricep and Shoulder tracks. We use short blocks of work to hit the muscles hard with quick bursts of intensity and short recoveries. We keep the transitions quick as this keeps the heart rate and muscle intensity high.. OUCH!
Finally, there is pure strength training in the Chest, Bicep and Core tracks using the build-up of muscle pressure to complement the high intensity training in the other tracks. It's going to push you HARD so be warned. ENJOY!

Channel your inner Lady Marmalade as you learn the Dip & Strip move, chassé down the Moulin Walk, and tease the room with the Shimmy & Shy. We know your shyness is just part of the act! Track 5 is all about isolations. This release the focus is on the chest, not the hips, so be prepared for some serious attention being focused on this part of the body. Let your inner diva out to show everyone who’s boss and work the room!
Even though you Throw Your Hands Up in Track 8, you’ll get a great leg workout! By the end of this track you’ll feel the burn in your thighs, which can only be a good thing for toning and strengthening them. Take control of the room as you Run The World in Track 9. This is your class, your world, and it’s up to you to dance like you run it! While you’re in charge you’ll shake your booty and dazzle the room with your Hypnotic Hips and classy act.
After a 45-minute, full-on cardio workout, you’ll be grateful for a cooldown!
